Accepting Applications for High School Advancement Guidance for the guardians of Children with Foreign Roots. (Koriyama City)

There will be a meeting to explain how students advance to high school for the parents and guardians of children with foreign roots.

●Date & Time: Saturday, November 11th, 10:00~12:30
●Place:Koriyama-shi Sougou Fukushi Centre 3rd Floor Training Rooms 2 & 3
●Participation Fee:None
●Participants:For elementary and junior high school students with foreign roots and their parents or guardians (those born and raised in another country, whose parents are from another country, or those who are returning after having studied in another country).
Educators and volunteers working with children of foreign roots are also free to attend.

(1)”Fukushima Prefecture’s Guide Book to Entering High School” (Prepared by the Kooriyama Japanese Classroom) will be handed out along with an explanation of the high school entrance exam (with Chinese, Tagalog, and Portuguese translations)
(2)Presentation from High School Students with Foreign Roots
   Presenter:A student who entered a Prefectural High School through the Special Selection System for Foreigners. (Planned)
(3)And others, such as consultations for educational career paths.
