Hot Spring? Onsen??

Japan is very well-known for its many natural hot springs or onsen spas. Japanese people like to spend their holidays in hot springs as they are supposed to have a relaxing effect on your body and mind. There are many different types of hot springs depending on the minerals dissolved in the water. Different minerals provide different health benefits.

Hot spring baths come in many different varieties, indoor, outdoor, gender separated and mixed, private, developed and undeveloped. Many hot spring baths are in a ryokan (Japanese-style hotel) while the others are in public bath houses.

Here at Gyro, we would like to introduce a couple of famous onsen spas in Fukushima Prefecture. Invite your family, friends or loved ones to a relaxing Japanese onsen experience.
